Return Policy:

All sales are final and there are no refunds.

Exchange Policy:

THOSE CONSIDERING AN EXCHANGE: DO NOT REMOVE RUBBERBANDS FROM ANY HAIR. IF RUBBERBANDS ARE REMOVED, ALL EXCHANGES WILL BE VOID AND NOT ACCEPTED.
Exchanges can be made within 48 hours of final shipment in original packaged condition with original sales receipt. Any alterations or modifications made to the product, make all guarantees VOID and will NOT be honored. We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, dyed, combed, etc.) Inspect the hair WITHOUT unwrapping or running fingers through the bundles to make sure the product is to your satisfaction. If its determined that Leyonda’s Hair Boutique is the party at fault, we shall refund or exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.

Leyonda’s Hair Boutique would like to remind you to always check your shipping address accuracy on every transaction. Be sure of the correct shipping address when checking out via PayPal, since this is the shipping address we use when prepping your order. Shipment addresses can and will only be changed or edited in the event we are contacted early enough to revise the address during order processing (MUST EMAIL PROOF). An incorrect shipping address could possibly delay your order or come too late if the order has already been shipped. In that event, Leyonda’s Hair Boutique is NOT RESPONSIBLE. In the event your order is returned to us from the shipment carrier for any reason, we will notify you and offer reshipping your order AT YOUR EXPENSE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT IS ACCURATE. In the event a shipping address error on your part causes your package to go missing or get lost within the shipping courier system we cannot be responsible for providing a free replacement order nor can we refund your money due to your own mistake. We do however compensate, replace, and/or refund according to what is applicable for all orders that have errors due to our own fault.
